When students entered the classroom music from that a specific world region would be playing and capture their attention, assorted foods were introduced and the aromas of these new and unique edible delights drifted through the room, the table was set with an array of colorful supplies representing that region and students would recreate the traditional wares of that culture. Salli and her assistant would also be attired in authentic outfits from that locale which as well helped to create a full cultural experience.
